‘Having a Family Support Worker based in my school has enabled my staff to form a bridge between home and school to    support children and their families who are in need.

professional working in school who can signpost parents to agencies for support or visit their home to help them create  solutions to their children's behaviour   together. We wouldn't be without her and my families have benefited greatly from having her on board - meaning my teachers can spend their time teaching. ‘
